NeuroSK mouse control methods

NeuroSK supports software drivers, virtual HID, and hardware USB HID devices. This page lists every method used to send calculated mouse movement and its real limitations.

The game list may be incomplete because some combinations are still being tested.

A zero-install fallback for testing. Most modern games ignore standard Windows input, so it is not the primary option.

NeuroSK HID

NeuroSK's own virtual HID driver. Windows sees it as a separate mouse, with no specific physical mouse brand required.

After you select it, NeuroSK checks the system, requests UAC, and installs the driver automatically.

Important

This beta driver uses test signing. First-time setup may require Secure Boot to be disabled, Windows Test Mode, and a restart.

First-time NeuroSK HID setup +−
  1. 01Select NeuroSK HID in the app and approve the standard Windows UAC prompt.
  2. 02If Windows blocks the test driver, disable Secure Boot and enable Test Mode when NeuroSK offers to do so.
  3. 03Restart the PC using the NeuroSK action, launch the app again, and select NeuroSK HID.
  4. 04Use only the driver bundled with the current NeuroSK folder; no separate downloads or manual file launches are required.

FakerInput

Beta

An experimental virtual HID driver for Advanced that is not tied to a specific physical mouse brand.

Installation

When selected, NeuroSK can install FakerInput automatically after a UAC confirmation. Restart NeuroSK after installation.

Beta. Not every game accepts input from this virtual HID. The current implementation does not work in Warface; use another NeuroSK driver there.

Razer Synapse (RZCONTROL)

Beta

An experimental Advanced backend that uses the RZCONTROL interface exposed by Razer Synapse. It is not a universal driver for every PC.

NeuroSK does not install anything for this option; it is available only when a working Razer Synapse / RZCONTROL interface already exists.

Compatibility has not been confirmed yet
Important

Beta and not yet tested by the NeuroSK team. A working RZCONTROL interface is required; the option stays unavailable without a compatible Razer environment. Compatibility with non-Razer mice is not guaranteed.

MAKCU (USB HID)

HardwareBeta

A hardware control method through a MAKCU board: NeuroSK sends movement and clicks over the COM interface while the gaming PC receives hardware USB HID input.

No NeuroSK driver is installed. Connect USB 1 to the gaming PC, USB 2 as the COM interface, and the physical mouse to USB 3; NeuroSK then auto-detects the board.

Important

BETA / MVP. A physical MAKCU board with compatible firmware is required. NeuroSK does not flash or reconfigure the board automatically; real per-game compatibility is still being tested.

How to connect MAKCU +−
  1. 01Connect MAKCU USB 1 to the gaming PC.
  2. 02Connect USB 2 as the COM interface used by NeuroSK to send commands.
  3. 03Connect the physical mouse to USB 3 on the board.
  4. 04Launch NeuroSK and select MAKCU. The app checks a compatible COM port and supported baud rate automatically; NeuroSK does not flash the board.

CH9329 USB HID

HardwareBeta

An experimental hardware method through WCH CH9329: commands travel over UART/COM while the target PC sees a standard USB HID mouse.

Installation

A ready CH9329 module or cable is required. NeuroSK communicates with it over a COM port using its built-in protocol; no NeuroSK kernel driver is required.

Per-game compatibility is being tested
Important

BETA / MVP. Physical CH9329 hardware with correctly connected UART/COM and USB HID sides is required. Per-game compatibility is not claimed until hardware testing is completed.

How to connect CH9329 +−
  1. 01Connect the serial/UART side of a ready CH9329 module to the PC running NeuroSK.
  2. 02Connect the CH9329 USB HID side to the target gaming PC.
  3. 03Make sure the module is exposed as a COM device and its USB HID side is connected.
  4. 04Launch NeuroSK and select CH9329 USB HID. This method does not install a NeuroSK kernel driver.
