What data NeuroSK actually uses, why it is needed and when third-party services are involved.

Customers do not need a public NeuroSK account to purchase the software. The project processes only the data needed for payment, license delivery and operation, support, security and site analytics.

1. Operator and contact

The neurosk.pro website and NeuroSK software are provided by the individual developer and owner of the NeuroSK project. The official support channel shown on the website and at the end of this page is the contact point for privacy, correction and deletion requests.

2. Checkout data

Full bank-card details, CVV/CVC and other payment secrets are handled by the selected payment provider and should not be sent to NeuroSK.

  • the email entered to receive the download link and license key;
  • the selected edition, promo code or referral marker when used;
  • the payment identifier, amount, currency, provider and status returned by the payment service.

3. License and technical data

For activation, license validation, recovery and configuration sync, the application may process the license key, device identifier (HWID), local Windows user name, application edition and version, activation and last-start timestamps, license term and saved NeuroSK configuration.

This data is used to operate licensing, protect access, diagnose issues and provide support.

4. Website analytics and Yandex Metrica

The website uses Yandex Metrica, including Webvisor and standard web analytics. These services may process IP address, cookies and browser identifiers, device and browser information, referral source, visited pages and interactions with the interface.

Analytics is used to understand site performance, identify problems and improve UI/UX. NeuroSK should not intentionally send passwords, full payment credentials or license-key contents to analytics.

5. Support and feedback

If you contact NeuroSK through Telegram, Discord, a feedback form or another official channel, the project processes the contact details, message content and technical information you choose to provide as needed to handle the request. Do not send passwords, CVV/CVC, seed phrases or private keys.

6. Third-party services

The project may use hosting and database services, email delivery, payment providers, Yandex Metrica, Telegram and Discord. Each external service processes data under its own terms and only as needed for the relevant function.

NeuroSK does not sell personal data to advertising data brokers.

7. Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as needed to deliver and verify licenses, provide support, prevent abuse, resolve payment disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. Some technical records may be deleted or anonymized earlier when no longer needed.

Operational data is restricted to server-side and administrative tools. No internet service can guarantee absolute protection from every possible threat.

8. Your data choices

You may contact support to request correction, clarification or deletion of data associated with you. A reasonable verification step may be required to confirm ownership of the relevant email or license.

Deleting license-related records may make license validation, recovery or updates impossible. Payment and security records may be retained longer where required to resolve disputes or comply with law.

9. Policy changes

If the categories of data or purposes materially change, the revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
